Depression affects people differently. Some people feel angry, sad, and anxious or have very low or no energy. Anyone can get depression and fortunately, it is a treatable disease. But if left untreated, depression can seriously affect your body, feelings, lifestyle and your friends and family.
To see if you are at risk for depression, answer the questions in this risk assessment. Remember, only your health care provider can tell you if you have depression. This risk assessment can only help you see if you have a problem with depression. Talk to your health care provider about the results of your risk assessment and any questions you have about depression.
